1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: No purchase, and no entry fee, payment or proof-of-purchase necessary to participate in the Pepsi 2023 UEFA Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes begins March 20, 2023 at 12:00:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends June 10, 2023 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
IMPORTANT: ENTRIES MUST BE PROPERLY RECEIVED AND RECORDED BY 11:59:59 P.M. ET ON APRIL 24, 2023 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING.
2. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter via the following methods:
(a) CODE ENTRY: Look for the quick reader code on specially-marked Pepsi, Frito-Lay, or Gamesa display materials in participating retailer stores in the U.S. to enter from your mobile device (“Mobile Device”). By scanning the code with your Mobile Device, you will be taken to the URL www.soccerperfectmatch.com and advised to follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit an entry. Data rates may apply if participating via a Mobile Device. Check with your wireless service provider for details on any applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers may participate.
(b) INTERNET: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Visit www.soccerperfectmatch.com and follow the on-screen instructions to properly complete and submit an online entry. Entrants will be asked to provide their legal first name and last name, date of birth, email address, mailing address (no PO Boxes) and phone number and will be asked to agree to the Official Rules.
Limit one (1) entry per day per person, regardless of entry method. If more than one entry is received from the same person in one day, all but the first entry may be disqualified. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, with the exception of Day 1 which begins at 12pm ET. The time clock of the Sweepstakes administrator is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an online entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such email address submitted at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such email address. Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of entry or notice by Sponsor or Administrator. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned and may not be acknowledged. Each entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries. For purposes of the Sweepstakes, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address. If it is discovered or suspected that an entrant has registered or attempted to register for the Sweepstakes using multiple e-mail addresses or multiple identities, all of that entrant’s entries associated with that household (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) may be disqualified and any prize an entrant might have been entitled to win will not be awarded any may be revoked.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to U.S. legal residents residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are 21 years of age or older as of the time of entry. You must also have a U.S. Passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 months past the date of entry into Turkey to be eligible for the Grand Prize. Employees of UEFA Champions League, PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company (“Sponsor”) and its bottlers, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional or judging agencies (collectively, “Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step” of each) of such employees and/or persons living within the same household as such employees are not eligible to win.
4. PRIZES:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a Trip to Istanbul June 7, 2023 – June 11, 2023, to see the 2023 UEFA Champions League Final. Trip includes roundtrip air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to Istanbul, Turkey for winner and one (1) guest, four (4) nights hotel standard accommodations (one (1) room/double occupancy) in Istanbul, ground transportation to/from airport, hotel and game, two (2) gift bags, two (2) tickets to the 2023 UEFA Champions League Final at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium and $500 in spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is: $6,850.00.
Grand Winner and their Guest must be available to travel on June 6, 2023 – June 11, 2023. Travel, accommodations, and prize-related events are subject to availability and change and are at Sponsor’s discretion. Seating assignments on plane and at match are at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or does not have the required travel documents, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). All travel is subject to government restrictions and regulations, hotel and airline restrictions and regulations. Selection of airport, airline and accommodations is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner or guest will be required to provide a credit card prior to accommodation check-in and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Winner and guest understand that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, accommodations, venue operators, or transportation companies) beyond its control. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and Guest Travel Release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for international travel (including a valid U.S. Passport that does not expire for a minimum of 6 months from the date of entry). Winner and Guest must also apply for an e-Visa at least 2 days prior to travel and must be registered with the US State Department’s STEP program. Sponsor’s representative will manage these requirements for Winner and Guest. Once travel documents are issued, neither travel arrangements nor guest(s) may be changed without the express approval of Sponsor which may be withheld for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the winner and/or his/her guest is for any reason not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Prize is subject to the rules and regulations of any applicable sanctioning body, including the execution of separate waivers and/or release of liability as required. Ground transportation (other than as stated above), meals, gratuities and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Any difference between the stated value of any prize and the actual retail value will not be awarded. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply. Winner and guest must abide by and respect all local laws and customs and abide by all venue policies. Sponsor and/or venue operator reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from winner and/or any guest who it and/or venue personnel may deem, in their sole discretion, to have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Sponsor and/or venue operator into disrepute.
Secondary Prizes: Twenty-four (24) Secondary Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of (1) Lay’s Hoodie, (1) Lay’s Jersey, (1) Pullover, and (1) Water Cannister. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize pack is: $250.
For each Entry Period of the Sweepstakes Period, two (2) First Prizes will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all entries received by 4/24/2023. See Section 5 below for entry periods, entry deadlines and drawing dates.
Total Approximate Value of all prizes: $12,850.
Limit one first prize per person/email address/household.
5. DRAWINGS: Potential winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received within each Entry Period, per the entry schedule below. Entry Periods begin at 12:00:00 am and end at 11:59:59 pm on the dates listed. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. Entries eligible for one drawing will remain eligible for all subsequent drawings. Drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding. Entries will remain eligible for subsequent drawings.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by text, email or phone at the phone number or email address provided upon entry, within two (2) days of the drawing. If a potential prize winner is notified by text, email or phone, he/she will be required to respond within forty-eight (48) hours or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service that may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Once potential winner notification is confirmed to Sponsor, the potential prize winner may be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Affidavit. In the event (i) the attempted notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address; (ii) a telephone or text message notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours; (iii) any required documents are not returned within the required number of days; or (iv) if winner is otherwise unable to attend an event when specified or accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If Grand Prize Winner cannot be confirmed by 5/5/23, Grand Prize will not be awarded. Allow four to six (4-6) weeks for delivery of First Prizes following completion of notification process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any change in entrant’s mailing address, email address and/or telephone number.
7. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Prize winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes and related expenses on the prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any difference between the stated value of any prize and the actual retail value will not be awarded. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes will only be used by Sponsor to notify a potential winner and/or fulfillment of a prize and shall be subject to the Pepsi-Cola Company’s Privacy Policy available at http://policy.pepsi.com/privacy.htm.
8. CONDUCT: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges that shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE WEBSITE OR THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND PROMOTION PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSBILE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Website or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes or from the Website. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed random fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
10. RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor and Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity (including, without limitation a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and related prize activities) or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor and Promotion Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize (or any portion thereof). Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website), the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor, as applicable.

Los empleados de la UEFA Champions League, PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company (“Patrocinador”) y sus embotelladoras, y todas sus respectivas empresas matrices, subsidiarias, divisiones, filiales, distribuidores, proveedores y agencias de publicidad, promoción o selección (colectivamente, “Patrocinador y Partes de la Promoción”), así como los familiares directos (cónyuge, padre o madre, hijo o hija, hermano o hermana, abuelo o abuela y/o similares) de dichos empleados y/o las personas que vivan en el mismo hogar que dichos empleados, no son elegibles para ganar.
4. PREMIOS:
Gran Premio: Se otorgará un (1) Gran Premio consistente en un Viaje a Estambul del 7 de junio de 2023 al 11 de junio de 2023, para presenciar la Final de la Liga de Campeones de la UEFA 2023. El viaje incluye vuelo redondo desde un aeropuerto comercial importante cercano a la residencia del ganador hasta Estambul, Turquía, para el ganador y un (1) acompañante, cuatro (4) noches de alojamiento en hotel estándar (una (1) habitación doble) en Estambul, transporte terrestre desde/hasta el aeropuerto, el hotel y el partido, dos (2) bolsas de regalo, dos (2) boletos para la Final de la Liga de Campeones de la UEFA 2023 en el Estadio Olímpico Ataturk y $500 dólares en dinero para gastos. El valor real de venta al público (“ARV”) del Gran Premio es de: $6,850,00 dólares.
El Gran Ganador y su Acompañante deben estar disponibles para viajar del 6 de junio de 2023 al 11 de junio de 2023. El viaje, el alojamiento y los eventos relacionados con el premio están sujetos a disponibilidad y cambios y quedan a discreción del Patrocinador. La asignación de asientos en el avión y en el partido queda a la entera discreción del Patrocinador. Si el ganador no puede o no quiere viajar en las fechas especificadas por el Patrocinador o no tiene los documentos de viaje requeridos, el premio puede perderse y otorgarse a un ganador alternativo (si el tiempo lo permite). Todos los viajes están sujetos a las restricciones y regulaciones del gobierno, así como a las restricciones y regulaciones de los hoteles y aerolíneas. La selección del aeropuerto, la aerolínea y el alojamiento queda a la entera discreción del Patrocinador. El ganador o su acompañante deberán proporcionar una tarjeta de crédito antes de registrarse en el alojamiento y serán los únicos responsables de todos los gastos imprevistos, y es posible que deban firmar una exención de responsabilidad adicional por el uso del alojamiento. El ganador y su acompañante comprenden que existen riesgos inherentes a los viajes y que estos riesgos pueden estar presentes antes, durante y después del viaje. El Patrocinador y las Partes de la Promoción no asumen ninguna responsabilidad por eventos cancelados, retrasados, suspendidos o reprogramados (incluyendo, entre otros, cualquier acto u omisión por parte de las aerolíneas, alojamientos, operadores de sedes o compañías de transporte) fuera de su control. El Patrocinador no se hace responsable de los cambios de horario de ninguna parte del premio ni de los gastos en que se incurra como consecuencia de la cancelación o el retraso del vuelo. El ganador y su acompañante deberán viajar en el mismo itinerario. El ganador y su acompañante deberán firmar y devolver un Affidavit de Elegibilidad y una Exención de Responsabilidad/Publicidad y una Exención de Viaje para el Acompañante antes de que se emita cualquier boleto de viaje. El ganador y su acompañante deberán contar con todos los documentos de identidad y/o de viaje necesarios para viajar al extranjero (incluyendo un pasaporte estadounidense válido que no caduque en un plazo mínimo de 6 meses a partir de la fecha de entrada). El Ganador y su Acompañante también deberán solicitar una visa electrónica al menos 2 días antes del viaje y deberán estar registrados en el programa STEP del Departamento de Estado de E.U. El representante del Patrocinador gestionará estos requisitos para el Ganador y su Acompañante. Una vez emitidos los documentos de viaje, no podrán modificarse los preparativos de viaje ni el/la acompañante(s) sin la aprobación expresa del Patrocinador, que podrá ser denegada por cualquier motivo. El Patrocinador no será responsable en caso de que las autoridades aeroportuarias pertinentes no permitan viajar al ganador o a su acompañante por cualquier motivo, o en caso de que pierdan un vuelo u otra parte del viaje. El premio está sujeto a las reglas y regulaciones de cualquier organismo sancionador aplicable, incluyendo la ejecución de exenciones y/o liberaciones de responsabilidad por separado, según sea necesario. El transporte terrestre (salvo el indicado anteriormente), las comidas, las propinas y todos los demás costos y gastos asociados con el premio y no descritos específicamente en el presente documento son responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. Cualquier premio no reclamado y/o no utilizado seguirá siendo propiedad del Patrocinador. No se concederá ninguna diferencia entre el valor declarado de cualquier premio y el valor real de venta al público. El ganador perderá cualquier parte del premio que no acepte. Si el ganador pierde el derecho al premio por cualquier motivo indicado en estas Reglas Oficiales, no recibirá compensación alguna. Se aplicarán todas las leyes y regulaciones federales, estatales y locales. El ganador y su acompañante deberán acatar y respetar todas las leyes y costumbres locales, así como todas las políticas de la sede. El Patrocinador y/o el operador de la sede se reservan el derecho de revocar total o parcialmente el premio al ganador y/o a cualquier acompañante que el Patrocinador y/o el personal de la sede consideren, a su entera discreción, que ha infringido cualquier política o ley de la sede, y/o que puede desacreditar al Patrocinador y/o al operador de la sede.
Premios secundarios: Se entregarán veinticuatro (24) premios secundarios, cada uno de los cuales consistirá en (1) sudadera Lay’s con capucha, (1) camiseta Lay’s, (1) suéter y (1) contenedor de agua. El valor real de venta al público (“ARV”) de cada paquete de premios es de: $250 dólares.
Para cada Periodo de Inscripción del Periodo del Sorteo, se otorgarán dos (2) Primeros Premios. Se otorgará un (1) Gran Premio al final del Periodo del Sorteo entre todas las inscripciones recibidas hasta el 4/24/2023. 5. SORTEOS: Los posibles ganadores se seleccionarán en sorteos al azar entre todas las inscripciones elegibles recibidas dentro de cada Periodo de Inscripción, según el calendario de inscripciones que se indica a continuación. Los Períodos de Inscripción comienzan a las 12:00:00 am y finalizan a las 11:59:59 pm en las fechas indicadas. 6. NOTIFICACIÓN A LOS GANADORES: Los ganadores potenciales recibirán una notificación por mensaje de texto, correo electrónico o teléfono al número de teléfono o dirección de correo electrónico proporcionados al momento de la inscripción, en un plazo de dos (2) días a partir del sorteo. Si se notifica a un posible ganador del premio por mensaje de texto, correo electrónico o teléfono, se le pedirá que responda en un plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas o perderá el derecho al premio, que podrá adjudicarse a un ganador alternativo. El Patrocinador no se hace responsable de la suspensión o interrupción del servicio inalámbrico que pueda provocar que un ganador potencial no reciba la notificación inicial del premio. Una vez confirmada al Patrocinador la notificación del posible ganador, se le enviará un Affidavit de Elegibilidad y Exención de Responsabilidad/Publicidad que deberá firmar y devolver en el plazo de días indicado en el Affidavit. En el caso de que (i) el intento de notificación se devuelva como imposible de entregar sin una dirección de reenvío; (ii) una notificación telefónica o por mensaje de texto no se confirme al Patrocinador en el plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas; (iii) cualquier documento requerido no se devuelva en el plazo de días requerido; o (iv) el ganador no pueda asistir a un evento cuando se especifica o aceptar el premio según lo establecido, el premio se perderá y se podrá otorgar a un ganador alternativo. Si el ganador del Gran Premio no puede ser confirmado antes del 5/5/23, el Gran Premio no se entregará. El plazo de entrega de los Primeros Premios será de cuatro a seis (4-6) semanas a partir de la finalización del proceso de notificación. Los premios sólo se entregarán en direcciones de Estados Unidos. El Patrocinador y las Partes de la Promoción no son responsables de ningún cambio en la dirección postal, la dirección de correo electrónico y/o el número de teléfono del participante.
7. CONDICIONES GENERALES: Este Sorteo se rige por las leyes de los Estados Unidos y del Estado de Nueva York sin respetar las doctrinas de conflicto de leyes. El ganador del premio es el único responsable de todos y cada uno de los impuestos y gastos relacionados con el premio y puede recibir un formulario 1099 del IRS por el ARV del premio. Los premios no reclamados no se entregarán. En ningún caso el Patrocinador estará obligado a otorgar más premios que el número de premios establecido en estas Reglas Oficiales. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de sustituir un premio de igual o mayor valor en caso de que un premio o cualquier parte de un premio no esté disponible. No se ofrece ninguna sustitución del premio, no se permite la transferencia del premio a un tercero, y los premios que no sean en efectivo no podrán canjearse por su valor en efectivo, salvo a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador. Todos los demás gastos derivados de la recepción y el uso del premio que no se mencionen específicamente en el presente serán responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. No se concederá ninguna diferencia entre el valor declarado de cualquier premio y el valor real de venta al público. El ganador perderá cualquier parte del premio que no acepte. Si el ganador pierde el derecho al premio por cualquier motivo indicado en estas Reglas Oficiales, no recibirá compensación alguna. 8. CONDUCTA: Al participar en este Sorteo, los participantes aceptan someterse a estas Reglas Oficiales y a las decisiones de los jueces, que serán definitivas y vinculantes en todos los aspectos. El incumplimiento de estas Reglas Oficiales puede dar lugar a la descalificación. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su entera discreción, de descalificar a cualquier persona que altere el proceso de inscripción o el funcionamiento del Sorteo; o que actúe de cualquier forma que el Patrocinador considere que infringe las Reglas Oficiales; o que actúe de cualquier forma que el Patrocinador considere desleal o perjudicial, o con intención de molestar, abusar, amenazar o acosar a cualquier otra persona. PRECAUCIÓN: CUALQUIER INTENTO POR PARTE DE UN USUARIO O PARTICIPANTE O DE CUALQUIER OTRA PERSONA DE SOCAVAR DELIBERADAMENTE EL SITIO WEB O EL FUNCIONAMIENTO LEGÍTIMO DEL SORTEO CONSTITUYE UNA VIOLACIÓN DE LAS LEYES PENALES Y CIVILES Y, EN CASO DE QUE SE REALICE DICHO INTENTO, EL PATROCINADOR Y LAS PARTES DE LA PROMOCIÓN SE RESERVAN EL DERECHO A RECLAMAR DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS (INCLUYENDO HONORARIOS DE ABOGADOS) Y OTROS RECURSOS A CUALQUIER PERSONA O PERSONAS RESPONSABLE(S) DEL INTENTO EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY.
9. LIMITACIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD: El Patrocinador y las Partes de la Promoción no asumen responsabilidad alguna por (a) cualquier información de inscripción incorrecta o imprecisa, o por cualquier transmisión de datos electrónicos defectuosa o fallida; (b) cualquier acceso no autorizado, o robo, destrucción o alteración de inscripciones en cualquier punto del funcionamiento de este Sorteo; (c) cualquier mal funcionamiento técnico, falla, error, omisión, interrupción, eliminación, defecto, retraso en el funcionamiento o falla en la línea de comunicaciones, independientemente de la causa, con respecto a cualquier equipo, sistema, red, línea, satélite, servidor, computadora o proveedor utilizado en cualquier aspecto del funcionamiento del Sorteo; (d) inaccesibilidad o falta de disponibilidad de Internet o del Sitio Web o de cualquier combinación de los mismos; (e) cualquier lesión o daño a la computadora o dispositivo móvil de los participantes o de cualquier otra persona que pueda estar relacionado con o resultar de cualquier intento de inscripción al Sorteo o de descarga de cualquier material del Sorteo o del Sitio Web. Si, por cualquier motivo, el Sorteo no pudiera desarrollarse según lo previsto por razones que pueden incluir, entre otras, infección por virus informáticos, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, fraude, fallas técnicas o cualquier otra causa que pueda corromper o afectar a la administración, seguridad, imparcialidad, integridad o correcto desarrollo de este Sorteo, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su entera discreción, de cancelar, finalizar, modificar o suspender el Sorteo en su totalidad o en parte. En tal caso, el Patrocinador suspenderá de inmediato todos los sorteos y la entrega de premios, y el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de otorgar los premios restantes (hasta el total establecido en estas Reglas Oficiales) de una manera que el Patrocinador considere justa y equitativa al azar, como por ejemplo y no a modo de limitación, en un sorteo al azar entre todas las inscripciones elegibles recibidas hasta el momento del impedimento, y el Patrocinador no tendrá ninguna otra responsabilidad ante ningún participante en relación con la Promoción. El Patrocinador podrá modificar y enmendar estas Reglas Oficiales tal y como aparezcan en línea de vez en cuando durante el Sorteo con fines aclaratorios sin afectar sustancialmente los términos y condiciones del Sorteo.
10. EXENCIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD: Todos los participantes, como condición para inscribirse al Sorteo, aceptan eximir al Patrocinador y a las Partes de la Promoción de cualquier responsabilidad, reclamación o acción de cualquier tipo por lesiones, daños o pérdidas a personas o bienes que puedan sufrir en relación con el envío de una inscripción o la participación de cualquier otro modo en cualquier aspecto del Sorteo, la recepción, propiedad o uso de cualquier premio otorgado, o mientras se preparan para o participan en cualquier actividad relacionada con el premio, o mientras viajan de un lugar a otro en relación con el mismo, (incluyendo, entre otros, un riesgo potencialmente elevado de exposición a enfermedades contagiosas, virus, bacterias o enfermedades (incluyendo, entre otros, COVID-19) y las causas de las mismas, así como enfermedades derivadas del involucramiento del participante en el Sorteo y en las actividades relacionadas con el premio) o cualquier error tipográfico o de otro tipo en estas Reglas Oficiales o en el anuncio de la oferta de cualquier premio. El ganador correrá con todos los riesgos de pérdida o deterioro de su premio una vez entregado. El Patrocinador y las Partes de la Promoción no ofrecen declaraciones ni garantías de ningún tipo en relación con la apariencia, la seguridad o el desempeño de cualquier premio (o cualquier parte del mismo). Excepto cuando lo prohíba la ley, los ganadores conceden al Patrocinador el derecho a imprimir, publicar, emitir y utilizar en todo el mundo a perpetuidad, en todos y cada uno de los medios de comunicación conocidos en la actualidad o que se conozcan en el futuro (incluyendo, entre otros, el uso en línea en el Sitio web), el nombre, la dirección, la voz, la declaración, la fotografía u otra imagen del ganador, sin compensación adicional, con fines de relaciones públicas, publicitarios y promocionales, según determine el Patrocinador, según corresponda.
