1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The 2024 PEPSI-COLA® BIG GAME SWEEPSTAKES AT RACETRAC (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on November 6, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The time clock of the Sweepstakes administrator is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal resident of the United States residing in Florida, Georgia, Louisana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky or Texas throughout the Sweepstakes Period who is 18 years or older (19 in AL, 21 in MS) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Pepsi-Cola Company (“Sponsor”), and its bottlers, and RaceTrac Petroleum Inc., and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional or judging agencies (collectively, ” Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members of and persons living within the same household as such employees, contractors, directors, and officers are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you can enter via the following methods:

(a) RACETRAC REWARDS® App: To participate using the RACETRAC REWARDS app (“App”), entrants must first download the App and complete the requested in-App registration information (entrants must provide a valid email address and telephone number to be eligible). MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. NOT ALL MOBILE TELEPHONE/WIRELESS PROVIDERS CARRY THE SERVICE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION. ENTRANTS SHOULD CONSULT THEIR WIRELESS PROVIDER’S PRICING PLANS.

An eligible entrant must visit a participating RaceTrac location, make a qualifying purchase consisting of one (1) Pepsi-Cola® 20oz beverage, and one (1) slice of pizza and scan the App (or enter the entrant’s alternate Reward ID on the keypad where prompted) at the register during check out to receive one (1) entry; or

(b) INTERNET: Visit pepsipromos.com/rtbiggame (the “Website”) and follow the on- screen instructions to properly complete and submit an online entry.

(c) Non-Purchase Method of Entry: To enter without purchase, hand print your first and last name (no initials accepted), valid email address, complete street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), daytime phone number and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3” x 5” index card or piece of paper and place your entry into an outer-mailing envelope with proper postage affixed and mail it to: Pepsi-Cola/RaceTrac Big Game Sweepstakes, c/o PSG, P.O. Box 536986, Orlando, FL 32853-6986. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 12/31/24 and received by 1/9/25. Enter as often as you wish; however, limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, stolen, postage-due or misdirected mail. If entering by mail, each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, postmarked envelope.

In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, an App or mail-in entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of such App or by the name/address/email address/phone number submitted via mail-in at the time of entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of such App account or submitter of mail-in entry. It is solely the responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in writing if the entrant changes his or her App account, e-mail, wireless phone number or postal address during the Sweepstakes Period. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Each entry submission must be manually key-stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email/IP addresses or wireless phone number may be blocked.

4. PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to attend the Professional Football Game scheduled to take place on February 9, 2025 in New Orleans, LA. Travel dates: [February 8, 2025 to February 10, 2025]. The trip consists of round trip economy air transportation for winner and guest from a major airport near winner’s home; one (1) standard, double occupancy hotel room for two (2) nights; Ground Transportation in the amount of $750 in the form of a check, payable to winner); and Two (2) tickets to the Professional Football game on Sunday, February 9, 2025 in New Orleans, LA. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $13,000. FIRST PRIZES: Twenty (20) First Prizes will be awarded each consisting of One (1) $200 American Express® Gift Card delivered via e-mail from American Express. Gift card terms are subject to the card holder agreement. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200. SECOND PRIZES: Fifteen (15) Second Prizes will be awarded consisting of One (1) $50 RaceTrac® Gift Card delivered via USPS to winner’s entry address. Gift card terms are subject to the card holder agreement. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50

Grand Prize Conditions: Ground transportation, upgrades, meals, gratuities, luggage fees, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. If Grand Prize winner is located within a 250 mile radius to the venue, sponsor will provide a $100 Gas Card. A minor child may accompany winner as a guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during the trip by minor’s parent or legal guardian. The guest (or their parent or legal guardian if the guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release prior to Sponsor’s designated travel agency making travel arrangements. Once the guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change. If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel on the specified dates, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All travel and prize-related events subject to availability and restrictions. Selection of airport, airline and hotel is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will be required to provide a credit card prior to hotel check-in and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Games are subject to change and cancellation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights and Games) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the winner and/or their guest are, for any reason, not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license, Real ID or passport) required for travel within the United States. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize or portion of any prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portions of the prize. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Sponsor. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip.

Winner will not receive compensation in the event of a Game delay, postponement, or cancellation. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Game rescheduling or cancellation. Game tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. All tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Ticket redemption may require a mobile ticketing app and is subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Winner may be required to provide a valid email address, download the applicable mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at the venue via mobile device. Data rates may apply. Winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticket app. Seating assignments at the Games are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred because of any transportation delay or in the event winner and/or a guest is late to the Game (through no fault of Sponsor or due to Force Majeure Event). Winner and guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Game. Winner agrees to comply with all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation, all health and safety protocols, at all times. Sponsor and/or Promotion Parties reserve the right to remove winner and/or their guest or to deny them entry into a Game or to send them home if either person (a) engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or behaves with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game or other prize-related activity or (b) may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, has violated any venue or fails to comply with the venue’s (or its designee’s) health and safety protocols.

5. DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize Drawing will occur on or about 1/9/25 and will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions shall be final and binding. All prizes will be awarded.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by text, email or phone at the phone number or email address provided upon entry, within three (3) days of the drawing. If a potential prize winner is notified, he/she will be required to respond within seventy-two (72) hours or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service that may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Once potential winner notification is confirmed to Sponsor, the potential prize winner may be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Affidavit. In the event (i) the attempted notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address; (ii) a telephone or text message notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours; (iii) any required documents are not returned within the required number of days; or (iv) winner is otherwise unable to attend an event when specified or accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize winner will be contacted by Genesco Sports Enterprises to make travel and prize fulfillment arrangements. Allow up to two (2) to three (3) weeks for delivery of prize following the notification process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, TN and TX.

7. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, no substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes. If applicable, winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize or any portion of a prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between stated approximate value of prize and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Upon forfeiture for any reason as stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. All federal, state and local laws & regulations apply. Any personal information provided in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes will only be used by Sponsor to notify a potential winner and/or fulfillment of a prize and shall be subject to the Pepsi-Cola Company’s Privacy Policy available at http://policy.pepsi.com/privacy.htm. Any information used to register for or enter the Sweepstakes via the RaceTrac Rewards App shall be subject to the RaceTrac Privacy Policy available at https://www.racetrac.com/Privacy-Policy and may be used by RaceTrac as described and specified therein.

8. CONDUCT: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor that shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the play process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSBILE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet, App or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or land line phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they may appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.

10. WINNER RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor and the Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.
